Whether you choose to drop your microwave off at our Gosport headquarters or use our collection service, Regale can provide a loan microwave, subject to availability, while your appliance is being assessed and repaired.
A £100 deposit is required for the loan microwave, which is deducted from the final repair invoice provided the loan unit is returned in good condition.
Drop-Off or Collectionan
Customers can either bring their microwave directly to Regale’s Gosport facility or arrange collection.
If you’re unable to bring your appliance to us, Regale can collect your commercial microwave within two working days of the fault being reported for a fixed fee of £99.
